Now we’re hiring a high-potential GTM Associate to join our founding GTM team in Stockholm.
This is not a “junior sales job” - this is a career accelerator for someone who wants to operate close to real revenue, founders and leadership, and new category creation.
What You’ll Actually Be Doing
Own first-touch revenue creation across strategic accounts
Turn buyer intent signals into qualified commercial conversations
Build and run real GTM experiments: messaging, ICPs, tooling, workflows
Work directly with founders, Commercial Leadership, Tech and Product
Help shape the future of BI, analytics and data alongside brilliant minds from Spotify, Paypal, iZettle, Pleo, Mentimeter, Kry, Storytel, Voi and more.
Learn modern outbound at a world-class level (AI workflows, automation, data-driven GTM)
Learn and use modern powerful tools like Clay, Zero, LGM, Apollo and more.
Influence how Steep’s entire sales motion is designed for scale
You will help build the engine.
Who This Role Is For
This role is for someone who is:
Highly driven and motivated to win, not participate
Exceptionally sharp in communication. Written, spoken, async, video, LinkedIn
Wants to learn modern B2B SaaS GTM actually works under the hood
Comfortable using AI tools, automation, and data as daily instruments
Excited by responsibility early, not comfort
Background that fits well:
1–3 years in B2B sales, consulting, GTM, strategy, growth or startups
Or a top-performing graduate who picked execution over theory
